Serial entrepreneur/business creator. Over thirty years of sales experience in technology and bottle beverage industries. During the 1990s, the Rio-CO beverage line, Coca-Cola of Brazil, was distributed and sold. Invented DIY inkjet refill systems & sold D2C through TV commercials and high-volume catalogues, including SkyMall and Fingerhut. Specializes in million dollar deals and has negotiated Fortune 500 corporate accounts. As CEO of Comservco, drove millions in sales and signed & managed nationwide company accounts to include ABC, CBS, Bank of New York, and AT&T.
Kenneth Porter
Plant Manager, Greene Concepts
Mr. Porter has 36 years of experience in high-speed food and beverage production, managing multiple plants, maintenance, equipment & processes. Mr. Porter has worked as a manager for Pepsi Bottling Group, Universal Food & Beverage, Summit Beverage Group, and, before joining Greene Concepts, Ice River Springs, a bottling company with an annual volume of 25 million cases and 125 employees.
His career began in 1983 as a Production Manager for Coca-Cola Bottling Co Consolidated. In 1994, he was promoted to Plant Manager for a facility with an annual volume of 20 MM cases, and he managed 105 hourly employees and 12 managers.
Mr. Porter’s skills include PM systems, PLCs, Predictive maintenance, inferred & vibration analysis, Strong people/ coaching skills, Strong problem solving skills, P&L and budgets, Costing of products, Cost analysis, Capital Appropriations, Managed multi-million dollar projects, Removed and installed complete bottling lines, Personally installed over 20 pieces of significant bottling, blow molding and support equipment, Master sanitation programs, Warehouse management, inventory control & Union Plants. He has training/certification in Computers, T.Q.M, S.P.C, T.P.M, Team Building, Self-directed work teams, M.R.P, E.R.P, OSHA & GMP regulations, USDA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, NSF, Six Sigma Black Belt and lean manufacturing champion, Safety Committees and Pepsi CQV process.
